Chairman of the Board

Dr. Williams graduated from Meharry Medical College and completed his residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He developed a passion for community and rural healthcare at the beginning of his career while serving at a government clinic in Byhalia, MS. He later acquired what is now known as Holly Springs Hospital in 1991, successfully reopening the facility and completing a turnaround of the hospital in 1992. Dr. Williams has a passion for ensuring our nation’s rural and underserved communities receive proper attention and asset to critical healthcare resources.
